Let's find your dream home

"Kristi is hands-down the best realtor in the world — and I’m lucky enough to call her one of my best friends.

Kristi has helped me with three major transactions: selling two homes and purchasing land. She consistently goes above and beyond anything I could have expected. She sold my first house in less than 24 hours and my second home in just two weeks — both for top dollar.

When a ridiculous permit issue out of our hands threatened to delay my closing, Kristi refused to let it stop us. She showed up in person multiple times, worked tirelessly with the city, and stayed on top of it until the problem was completely resolved. Her persistence and attention to detail allowed me to close on time.

Throughout every process, Kristi was always available — by phone and text, even while out of town. She gave me honest, professional advice I could trust and truly cared about my best interests the entire time. I always felt like I was in the absolute best hands.

She also connected me with an incredible team, including an outstanding staging company that made both of my homes look like they belonged in a luxury magazine. On top of that, she has reliable handymen who were ready to help with anything that came up.

Kristi’s character, work ethic, and genuine care for her clients are unmatched. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing in land, I would recommend her to everyone I know without hesitation. She is truly exceptional.

Thank you, Kristi — for everything!"

"Thank you so much for the outstanding job you did in selling my place in St. Petersburg. Thanks to your hard work and dedication, we achieved an excellent result and I cannot be happier or more relieved.

Throughout the entire process, you demonstrated exceptional professionalism and efficiency, guiding me every step of the way and keeping me well-informed. You were always available to address my questions and concerns, providing appropriate insights and solutions. Because of you, this experience was absolutely stress-free.

I will not hesitate recommending your services to anyone in need of a realtor.

"We contacted Kristi on a Sunday afternoon. We saw a house on Zillow that was having an open house that day. We couldn’t make it, but she did for us and on such short notice. She continued to diligently search for what we were looking for, scouting areas talking with neighbors and finding the perfect house for us! She’s incredibly good at what she does and goes above and beyond expectations."

"Kristi is an outstanding realtor, who is exemplary is selling strategy, pricing, negotiation, and advertising your property. She is detail-oriented, and patient in answering all of your questions. We recommend her without reservation!"
